Aundha Nagnath Temple Development Works Inspected by District Collector

Hingoli District Collector Rahul Gupta personally inspected the ongoing development works at the Sri Nagnath Temple premises in Sri Kshetra Aundha Nagnath and reviewed the progress of the projects.In view of the approaching monsoon, he instructed the concerned departments to complete all essential works in the temple premises with high quality and within the stipulated time.During the inspection, Assistant Director of the Archaeology Department Amol Gote, Conservation Assistant Ram Nipane, Temple Trust Manager Surendra Dhafale, Contractor Rahul Chavan, and other concerned officials were present.District Collector Gupta emphasized carrying out repair works while preserving the temple’s original architectural structure. He directed that the repair of the fortification wall and other walls, removal of paint from 22 locations in the premises, measures to prevent leakage from the shikhar (spire) and roof, and the main chemical conservation works should be completed urgently and to the highest standard.
