Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit is once again in the news for her smart real estate investments. She has sold an office space in Andheri West, Mumbai, for a massive profit.
According to property registration records, Frames Production Company Private Limited purchased Madhuri’s office space. The deal was registered on 23 June. The office is located on the 4th floor of Moria Landmark Premises Co-operative Society in Oshiwara, near Link Road, Andheri West. The property measures 1,594.24 square feet of carpet area and includes three dedicated car parking slots. Stamp duty of ₹29.10 lakh was paid on the transaction.
How much profit did she make?
Madhuri had bought this office space on 14 May 2008 for ₹52.5 lakh. She has now sold the same property for ₹4.86 crore, booking an impressive 824% return over 18 years.
In other recent real estate moves, Madhuri sold a flat in Juhu for ₹3.9 crore in December 2025. Earlier, in 2022, she had purchased a luxurious apartment in Lower Parel for ₹48 crore
